Having obtained a degree as Chartered Accountant in the First trial, he just not wanted to be a good academic student but had a strong desire to specialize in a specific field. Thus he had by then thought his life vision. This vision included his growth as a specialist professional but awaited the right time. Meanwhile, after completing his C.A., in the initial years, he joined various corporate & served them with his skill in financial management. From this experience,e he went in-depth into the entire system and mechanism of financing by banks to corporate and post-finance difficulties and its way outs. Utilizing his knowledge and experience, he simultaneously served as an Individual Professional and provided consultancy to Corporate and Individuals in Business Advisory and Finance Arrangements. These experiences further polished his skills and provided expertise to emerge as a Finance Professional.
From this experience as a Finance professional, he found in himself qualities to grow and move towards his vision of life –the vision of becoming a specialist professional.
Ultimately he established his own entity and started Finance and Management consultancy to completely utilize his Inner Abilities and Professional Skills and to provide independent consultancy to various Corporate and Individuals. Later he found a new opportunity to use his skill in the form of Insolvency Professional. In this role too, he created many success stories.

With the new chapter opening in the Indian Finance system in the form of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Mr. Jain also got involved in that. As the code is meant to ensure to help out the revival of the corporate or in case no possibility to go for its liquidation, Mr. Jain could relate his activities and skills to this code. He was amongst those who enrolled themselves as Insolvency Professionals under this code while the code was relatively new. He digested the code so quickly that he was invited to deliver lectures on various topics of this code.
His experience as Insolvency Professional went too large that he could write a book on his experience. The book titled “Pioneer” was launched with the motive to serve as a guide to other Insolvency Professionals by giving practical examples of his experience.
